i was wondering if there are any pills
or herbs one can take to decrease masturbation,
althought i have tried one meditation i never
stuck to it,thank you for your time

There is no pill I know of.
Have you searched on the Youth Forum? There are so many suggestions:
Cold showers, heavy exercise, altering your diet,limiting the sources of your visual stimulation......search them out and be vigilant.
