IF YOU HAV PRACTICE THIS CHAKRA MEDITATION HOW LONG WOULD YOU FEEL THAT YOUR GIFT OR ESP WOULD BE BETTER. I THOUGHT THIS IS NOT ONLY 4 RELAXING BUT ALSO FOR ESP ENHANCING.

I am not certain which chakra meditation you are referring to. Sikhs do not meditate in order to attain special powers. Special powers are GIFTS from God. Special powers are a by-product of spiritual development, but should NEVER be the goal, because then the ego gets involved and attached to the powers and what they can do. The result is usually someone who makes a big deal of their powers and gets a head to big for his/her shoulders.

Intuition grows/develops with meditation. How fast ANYONE develops special powers or ESP cannot be ascertained. What is developed and how fast completely depends on the individual's make up, their karma, their level of soul development, how much they practice and what they practice, and more.
