hello at school when i dont where my long socks people make fun of me because of my hairy legs i have put up with it for 4 or more yrs now amd now i cant stand it when i walk or some thing people whispher to each other and the point and i feel left out or hurt please help what should i do

Sat nam. Well, I know it's hard. No one said being Sikh and keeping the form is easy. We look different for a reason: so people will know who we are and what we represent! Choice is yours.
You could wear long slacks or punjabi suits that have slacks instead of salwars or churidars. Or wear pretty skirts with matching churidars or tights (this is how many American Sikhs dress). Cover your legs, then what will they see? Create your own style and wear it with pride.
