my request is that I want to live a peacefull life, so please suggest me a new way of life.


(REPLY) Sat Nam. The best way to a peaceful life is not new! Reciting the words of enlightened men will build into your own consciousness a strength and tranquility. So recite the "banis" (go to the home page of SikhNet to find them) and especially make sure to recite Japji Sahib and Jaap Sahib daily. In 40 days you establish a habit. Then I have to recommend that you practice Kundalini Yoga -- which is the yoga of awareness, and will help give you a better perspective and enable you to discover that inner peace that is already your true nature. (go to www.3HO.org to learn more about it) One simple, immediate thing to do is to sit quietly first thing in the morning, close your eyes, and become aware of the breath flowing in and out of your nose. Breathe slowly and calmly, and with each inhalation think SAT and with each exhalation thing NAM. Do this for 5 minutes if you can and be aware that each inhalation is a gift from God!
