is it right for a sihk girl to marry a hindu boy or is it against our religion

(REPLY) This question about intermarriage has been asked and answered, it seems, at least a hundred postings! It is against common sense, if you think about the future, and how you will raise the children, and how you can be "two bodies with one soul" if you are not on the same path, walking together toward the same One God, and worshipping the same One God and letting the same Guru guide you. Marriage ideally is a carriage into Infinity. It is a sacred union. And don't forget the interaction of all your relatives and in-laws. We are so blessed to be Sikhs, do we want to diminish that spiritual base that we earned in this lifetime? Figure it out. SP
