at this point in life i have to make a decision but i cant decide which way to go. is there any shabad which i can recite which will give me the wisdom/help me to decide which way to go?
thank you and keep up the good work!
(REPLY) Sat Nam. Decisions are best made with a neutral mind, a mind that is attuned to the highest source of wisdom, the divine light of God within you. That is why we meditate and chant God's name, to connect with that source of guidance. Couple of things you can do. One is, meditate on your breath for a few minutes every morning, before dawn, inhaling SAT, exhaling NAM (with your eyes closed, and focused between your eyebrows and up slightly, breathing only through your nose.) Then recite Japji Sahib. Furthermore, in addition, if you are stuck (which seems to be the case), and you cannot see clearly the window of opportunity before you, the 27th Pauri of Japji Sahib shows you the way. You might recite it 11 times a day, see what happens! Blessings
