(reply) Sat Nam. Waving the chauri Sahib is an act of devotion and respect. Do it with that consciousness, that you are acknowledging the royal presence of the Guru. There is no "rule" that I know of - about how fast or slow, but my personal feeling is that it should done moderately slow, elegantly. I hope this helps. Blessings, SP
