Summary of Question: | Romantic Relations |

My question relates to Sikh pre-martial, romantic relations. I would like to led a normal, Western Sikh life. Is arranged marriage the only way to go? Is dating okay?
Whilst dating are there ways in which a couple can show their love and still be true to the Sikh way. I understand not to make love but what about being 'felt up' - skin contact, creasing a female's upper chest and down her pants so to being aroused, is that okay?
Regards

Sat Sri Akal,
In Punjabi *tradition*, people got arranged marriages. Now that's just tradition, if you find someone you like, make sure your parents know about it and be honest about your intentions with the other person AND both of the parents involved.
For the second part of your question, the fact that you had to ask it means that you think something might not be right about it... Think about it deeply and see what your heart tells you to do.
Gur Fateh,
