All forms of life are created by God's will. We have been given this body to remember waheguru. Why should we remember waheguru? Because remembering waheguru will give us peace and happiness in this world and hereafter. I had same questions as well when I was younger. If you want more answers go to the Guru, I mean, Guru Granth Sahib ji. Guru will answer all your questions. If you can't understand gurmukhi, then download english version of guru granth sahib ji and read guru ki bani. This has tremendously helped me. Good luck.
