Dear one,
You must train yourself. And you must continue every day.
Best thing is to make a daily schedule every night before the next day begins
so you have organized your day.
In the morning recite Mool Mantra (including "Jaap, Aad Sach......") as a walking meditation. Walk briskly and recite out loud with full viforous swinging of the arms. Do this for the rest of your life. You will build your foundation and keep it strong.
