Guru Fateh ji

I think suffering is like a staircase to lead us to God
in Guru Granth Sahib ji it says that pain and pleasure forms a circle because pleasure causes pain and pain causes pleasure
true hapiness can only be known by trancending pleasure and pain and finding true eternal forever new bliss in God
