waheguru ji ka khalsa waheguru ji ki fateh!!!

Hi sangat, i was just wanting a reply from somone (not only moderators a si feel they wont undertand this certain cultural isuue but comment at will) is the attitiute of our parents. Who is right? my thinkin or the thinking of the parents. Its like they take all their insecurities out on the kids. The dad knows he messed with girls so he tells his daughter to stay inside, the mother knows how bad guys were and also cages her!! When will they undertad thar trust and respect are ernt by teaching the children and allowing to be themselves. I have a friend, she is Sikh and we have to sneak around to be freinds?? whilst the mother thinks her daughter is at home she is with me having decent fun. Now u tell me, is the mother right? Her daughter is still doin the stuff without her knowing. This girl is very repectful, caring, dosnt do anything bad in that way but what the parents need to be taught is that morals arnt taught but are gained through experience. If morals could be taught and common sense came to all guru nanak would have never preached common sense to india. The truth is these things are a blessing from God alone, some undertand them while other are racist, etc. Guru Arjun dev ji says who teaches the young falimgoes (s.p) to fly, while their parents are not there, it all is Gods hands!! By locking ur daughter up and being strict on her dosnt do anytyhing, beacuse the sad fact is that the only way u can do that is if u follow them 24/7. So called good girls do bad things and so called bad girls are saints! Dont judge from image and allow ur kids to be freeeeeeee! Tell them whats bad but im sorry that all u can do! Im 21 so i can tell you guys what i see in clubs, parties etc. We see it all, and we have to be careful not to get caught in the trap of being hypocrytes. I see it from country to country how grl are treated different to guys and how double standards work, how girls hurry home after 7 scared and it maked me sad beacuse these girls should be teachign their parents about this. Its a sad state when girls cant even have male freinds! There is a problem, i dunno, im not a girl and i dont know how it feels to be like this, mayeb thats why girls shout at me sayin i dont undertand. Tell me what u think. Lets rid this culture of this!!! Girls u need to read bani, and then lay this doen infront of ur so called religious parents about their double standards with quotations from the bani, it is full of exactly this stuff. Girls are equal to guys and if u girls dont stand up then ull be walked over to entire life by family and freinds, Guru Nanak preached this 500 years ago and Guru Granth Sahib is doing it now but nobody is listening. SO PPL read bani and whever ur partenst say somthing that dosnt seem quite right do what i do and say ohhhh but Guru Amar das said this and they will be like .............(silence) :)
FATEH

(REPLY) Thanks for your comments!
