I am a student of Kundalini yoga for almost 2 years. I am meditating everyday to reach - at least - 11 minutes of Sodarshan Chakra Kriya. I have read that one should start with a least 3 minutes and gradually increase them. However is difficult for me to reach 3 minutes of meditation. How often should I practice it ? Do you have any recommendations at all ? Thanks !

Sat nam. When you have mastered 3 minutes, then move to 4. After mastering 4 minutes, move to 5. Etc. Do it on an EMPTY stomach. Practice daily, the same time every day. Sit straight.
