this is my second time asking for a advice from you.I did ask a question regarding female tying turbans.Since there was no reply i had to ask again.You see i am a "lupus" patient and i am on medication.so i went ahead to a gurdwara and ask for some advice regarding me tying turban,i was given a good advice and now i seem to understand everything clearly.i am on a medication that helps me to sleep at night.without it i can go on without sleep for days!I yet have to speak to my doctor abt this,but can i still continue with the medicine?It's not sleeping pills,it's a pain killer that i got immune to at the hospital.what can i do abt this?Plse do help me out.thanks
