We were all made from the same light so who is bad and who is god who is rich who is poor who is higher who is lower? u tell me

The status of a person (rich, poor, good, bad, etc.) is given to a person by Waheguru. This is stated in Japji Sahib in pauree 2:

"Hukmee utam neech, hukum likh dukh sukh payeaa"
-> By Waheguru's Command, mortals are made high or low, and they suffer pain or get joy in accordance with Waheguru's written command.
