Waheguru ji ka Khalsa, Waheguru ji ki Fateh

Sikh are not allowed to eat meat and eggs. Then we should not eat food that contain eggs e.g. cookies, muffins....
Am I correct?....

You are correct. There are many foods that do contain eggs. You would have to read the ingredients. However, if you have eaten muffins etc. that contain eggs, you have not broken your Amrit.
