i need help my brother has been arrested we bailed him out but his court date is on november 20th and everyone is telling us that the District Attorney can pick up the charges and he can possibly go to jail for 2-3 months what can i do is there any path that i can do for him that the Judge dismessses this case please i really dont want him to go to jail please help me.
