sat sri akal

Im just writing to ask for advice,

i had started doing path and listening to kirtan a year or so ago. But during my exams all the stress and pressure forced me to have less time and to stop , my exam results werent the best but since the exams i dnt even listen to kirtan , i feel as tho iv moved away from god.
i dont feel confident , all the time i feel unmotivated i want results instantly and because i dont get them i dnt see the point of praying.
I really feel lost without the kirtan and the path, i used to love it because you can feel the guru with you and you enjoy life but now i dnt appreciate anything just feel so uncomfortable.
i need to know wat to do
please help

Sat Siri Akaal. What you might do is force yourself beyond your resistance and get to Gurdwara. Listen to kirtan. Sing kirtan (in Gurdwara or with the recordings). Play kirtan (if you know how). Just DO IT.
As your resistance begins to melt away, then work on reciting paath again. Start with Japji.
As much as you want results NOW, that is not how things work, generally. Instead, what you get is unhappiness because your impatience sets you up for disappointment. Be realistic about life. Patience pays!
Faith is tested throughout one's life. But exams are not just about having faith that Guru will pass you. Exams are also about hard work and study and being good at taking exams. Some are better at these things than others, that is the cruelty of the study/school system. Don't be so hard on yourself.

I might add that you sound like you are exhausted and/or depressed from your study/exam regimen. Get lots of rest and then get lots of physical exercise (helps relieve depression). And chant the Naam daily.
Guru ang sang,
-DKK
