Waheguru ji ka Khalsa, Waheguru ji ki Fateh

I would like to ask everybody if they could let me know of any good resources on the history, practice and art/science of Shaster Vidiya as taught by Guru Nanak through to Guru Gobind Singh ji as I understand that the gatka which is taught now differs significantly (diluted down) from the original 'gift' to Akal Fauj by our Gurus.

also any other resources regarding Nahing Singh, reht and traditions would be appreciated immensely...
