Hello DGN, my name is Harpreet Singh Gill, I’m 22 and from the UK, Wolverhampton, born and bred. I have become a Keshdhari Sikh this past year, and am preparing myself to become Amritdhari. I am a PostGrad studying a Masters, with an undergraduate degree in Physics. I am currently working in banking, while I have just left a job as Lab Technician at Tarmac.

I posted “you people’s immense stupidity will be duly rewarded in time”. Yes perhaps it was rude. But you yourself DGN have given reasons for keeping Kesh, better than I ever could know, so how can you not be offended, or think that it is not immense stupidity, when people claim to be devoted to Sikhi, but try to somehow justify not keeping, or even aspiring to keep Sikhi Rehat, when we are commanded to, by our Guruji.

All the youth out there just visit www.amritbani.com, under resources section, go to literature, and read “Meaning of Life” by Sant Baba Maan Singh. And take look at other documents and books written by great GurSikhs. Those are the books that inspired me, and lifted my immense stupidity off my being. Yes I was the same as “those people”, I was one of you, and the reality is, except for my Kesh I still am. I was that misguided guy from Germany, but know I dream of Sikhi, that one day, that I might

At the end of the day there is only God, the True Guru, the True GurSikhs of the Guru, the Saints of the Guru. Its is my hope, dream that I might one day might find shelter in the dust of the feet of the Saints, the GurSikh of the True Guru, of Guru ji.
