i really need help.

i am very confused about wat to do. most people would say to do the right thing but, i do not know wat is right and what is wrong.

when i was 14 a granthi came to our house and raped me.
i've tried to take cyber hukumnaama's but, i do not get the response i need.

i suppose the first question would be why did it happen to me?
however only God can answer that. when i did take the cyber hulumnaama's i have been told that those who live by god's will are the truest saints and that only by accepting God's will can one go to God. Also one should thank God for whatever good and bad happens.

.the above has placed me in a huge dilemma. by trying to seek justice i would not be accepting god's will and worst of all i don't want to be thankful for wat happened as it was wrong. i am very confused, should i accept wat happened and let god take my revenge or should i do something my self. i am very confused and i do not want to hurt god.

(REPLY) Sat Nam. Yes, thank God you have been given the opportunity to stand up for righteousness by reporting this crime that happened to you! Remember, Sikhs are soldier / saints. We do not believe in allowing wrong doing to go without challenge. You MUSt report this rape to the authorities -- first to your parents, who should take you to the proper authorities. But if they don't, then you yourself should report it to either the police or your school counselor, or someone in authority. It is not God's will for us to allow ourselves to be mistreated and taken advantage of sexually. And how about stopping this person from repeating this crime on some other innocent young girl? You must take action. If you can do it without anger, and pray for the man who did this to you, all well and good, but to just do nothing is not righteous, and you mustn't go through your life allowing yourself to be a victim without fighting back in any way you can. in this case, legally. blessings,
