hi

i am a 23yr old girl born into a sikh family

i love my religon and do my path everyday without fail.........but i stil cut my hair......maybe one day i wil be able to keep them............its just that i am comfortable with short hair

my parents dont cut their hair n are ok wth me cutting mine................................thats not an issue and thats not my question is about
was just telling breifly telling abt myself

i know that soon my parenst wil start looking for a match for me maybe 2-3 yrs later to get me married

my question is what if i get married to someone who wears a turben?????? my question is since i see all the guys aroung me who cut there hair n even my cousins they do so.............how wil it be marrying someone with turben

coz even in the movies n t.v u see only guys who cut there hair...............so i was just wondering..............how wil it be marrying someone wth turben n having sex with him...................wont it be little uncomfortable................i hope u understand my concern

its not that i have problem with turben i am just curious

let me tell u that i am stil a virgin n wil be same til i get married

i cant talk abt such things with my mom coz i come from an indian family n i hope u understand that its just out of curiousity that i asked you this question

(REPLY) Sat Nam. Men take off their turbans in the evening at home. They don't wear them 24/7 !! And movies are not the greatest guides for what can really bring happiness. I hope you do marry a turban wearing man, because that's one sign that he has courage, commitment, and devotion to the Guru. Sorry you're cutting your hair; it's one of God's gifts to you. SP
