Summary of Question:	A Line In Rehraas

Sat Sri Akal jee,

I have in rehraas, i think, a line which goes something like:

"Even if you medidate once on the Lord, you will be saved (from rebirth)".

So, according to this line, people who have prayed at least once, will not be reborn and will merge with Waheguroo.

Am i correct?

It's always a littel dangerous to read the words of the Guru with a logical mind. You have to realize that the language of Gurbani is the language of love and devotion, and sometimes the intellect can lead us into cleverness with the Guru's words that blocks the true meaning of what the Guru is trying to say.

Go back to the words and meditate on them as a lover of God. See what the words have to say to your heart, not your head. That is the way to find the meaning of what the Guru is saying to you.
