Has anybody noticed or am I the only one who believes that all Hukamnamas taken around the world come from within 100-150 pages of the Guru Granth Sahib because that is where the middle of the SGGS is located.i.e. Hukamnamas will almost always be from Page 600 to 750 or 800.No wonder Hukamnamas are repeated over and over again. The whole of the rest of the SGGS is being ignored since ?-hundreds of years??Why can't granthis open really randomly from anywhere instead of opening the middle everytime?

Sat Siri AKaal. Yes, I have noticed. Others too!
Frankly, one reason is that the bindings of the SGGS themselves are often stressed when the Guru is open to the very front or back. Especially SGGS that are large or very old. The only way to preserve the SGGS bir longer is to take hukums from the middle. When Guru is in Prakash and covered during Gurdwara, It is usually open more or less in the middle (the binding thing again). Then the Granthi picks up pages from both sides as part of finding the hukum, yes? Granthi cannot pick up ALL the pages from both sides in his/her hands and still keep control of what s/he is doing. That's how the hukums end up repeating.
SO, for someone to experience all of what's in SGGS, a sehej paath is in order.
Or someone can get a small SGGS for his/her home and take hukums from any section (more easily at least).
Guru ang sang,
