(REPLY) Sat Nam. You're missing a major point! As Sikhs, we worship only ONE GOD. We bow to Siri Guru Granth Sahib , the Word of God, as our living Guru. Sikhs do not worship various deities. I believe what Guru Nanak was trying to teach us is that we should not fight with one another about our ways of worship (but that doesn't mean that we adopt the other way). He meant that we are all human beings, created by the One Creator, and should recognize the soul exists in everyone. The further purpose of each of our lives is to experience the God within us, meanwhile, yes, serve humanity and try to make this a better world for our having lived and breathed here! Blessings, SP
