veerji..it's good to hear that u kept ur identity alive as sikh by not cutting ur hair and beard..proud of you..i read ur question and answer of Khalsa ji..must tell you very good answer..u know what veerji..u kinda describe me..hehe..i was like you..infact still like you..but by guru's kirpa..trying to change myself..i m not good in advice..but when i feel down...instead of saying rubbish..i sit and listen kirtan..and don't talk much..cuz i know myself that when i m down..i m negative..so i don't that .. that's what u can do..u r down..feeling low..sit in the quiet place..close ur eyes and listen to kirtan..it helps..most of the time i have seen that when we eat something which our soul doesn't like..we kinda a get bad feeling about ourselves..and we act weird right..that's whati feel..so change ur diet..stop eating meet..make gursikh friends..who can guide or be with u when u need some answers of ur feelings..as GURU JI says..saad sangat is more important..cuz in saad sangat all pain is gone..so do that..ok ji..do read japji sahib in the amrit vela..read english translation of japji sahib..understand it .. it will help you..and keep doing ardaas ji..ask guru ji to help you..guide you and make u strong..ok ji..and always always take hukamnama in the amritvela..take that as instruction..cuz guru always know what in somebody's heart..and he always give you the straight answer of ur question..:)..so..do this..and what khalsa ji said..by guru's kirpa you will always be in chardi kala..GOD BLESS
