hi,

how do we know that god really exists, other than knowing from past stories of hundreds of years ago of people living through the khalsa..how do we know that the guru granth sahib is really legitament, i mean not all scriptures are word for word of what the gurus wrote..people could have put their own writting in the ggs, how can we go by the GGS, when we arent really sure if it is the original..is our beliefs in our religion sikhism based upon what other people say, and what is said in the Guru Granth Sahib?..how are we so sure?

Belief is a subjective thing. No one can convince another of it. Empty your mind of your distracting thoughts and allow your self to have an "experience" of God. It will not come through your intellect and questions. Allow the God within you to make it self known to you. Chant God's name, breath long and deep and allow it to happen. Blessings. GTKK
