Sat Sri Akal,

I was wondering if getting voices in your head is normal. You, see, in my mind I hear voices speaking to me, however they are not helpful. They tell me to kill my nephews, my brother and my parents (with a knife, stab them). Obviolsy I ignore them and pray to God to protect me from this filth. I sing a shababd every night to help me, however they tell me other things, like wear shorts over your pants, I am so confused!!! But please listein, I do share these things with my parents, I have seen a cycologist before and told her of my past expereinces. In the past I heard voices too. Its generally not a big issue because obvioulsy I will choose not to do bad deeds but could you explain why I get these voices in my head. I love my family and wont do anyhting to harm them. But this issue becomes a real problem at night, when I am in bed alone, listening to them, the bad voices and I feel scared. I pray but I dont know if I am getting the sleep I want! But I still have full trust in God. PLease help! I love you deeply for your sewa, thankyou!

You may need to go see a proper psychiotrist. He/she can do some testing on you. It could be very serious. If your voices get worse, you may start to believe them or they drive you to hurt yourself. Go get help. Blessings. GTKK
