I often exercise while listening to the gurbani or path. Is this OK to do?
I get very little time to do this as I have two little ones to deal with.
And I know that we should try to do some medidation every day whether it be for 5 minutes or 30 minutes. But for some reason or another, I can't commit to that.
Help please.

(REPLY) Sat Nam. Listening to Gurbani or Path while exercising is "OK" -- though obviously it's not the best. Ideally you would focus your entire attention on the Gurbani. -- but if that's the best you can do, then at least you're doing that! It's definitely hard to find time for oneself when there are little children to take care of, but you know, if you could just get up 5 or ten minutes earlier in the morning,and take that time to meditate, you'll find that the rest of your day will be smoother!
