khalsa ji .. i have one question regarding when we do paat..at the beginning of the shabad..there is either "mehla tija[3]"...or sometimes "maaj mehla pehela[1]"...does it means that this particular shabad is writeng by first guru ji or 3rd guru ji..right?

Every Shabd or hukam identifies the author and the raag that has been designated to it or the type of poetical structure.
The Siri Guru Granth Sahib is like a city. Mahela teeja means, in the locality of the 3rd Guru. "Maaj" is a raaga. Slok is the form of poetry and must conclude with a pauri.
