can sikh women wrestle against any relegion women as far as she chellenges to fight her in a wrestling match ?

Sat Siri Akaal. If you mean wrestling as a SPORT, not as a knock down drag out difference of opinion, you can wrestle anyone, who cares her religion? If you are wrestling as a form of fighting someone of a different religion who you have a disagreement with, then it's completely inappropriate.
Your post is unclear why you are wrestling, and I understand it to be as a contact sport, not as an actual fight.
