hello dear friends . my question is what happens if somebody dies very early age and he does not have the chance to merge with GOD.is this his fault ? or his karma.

Sat nam. Most likely it is karma. God will cover it. Person you/we saw may have been 4 years old here, but his/her soul could be so wise and ancient that it only needed 4 more years of physical incarnation. Who knows? So pray for their liberation regardless, and do not be attached or worry.
