Hello

I'm curious to know if Waheguru are forgiving to mistakes we have made? Does control/jealousy over younger brother have a chance to be forgiven? I honestly feel bad about my mistakes, and feel that I made bad decisions. One intention for control was to help my brother stay away from the "bad group" but there was some unnecessary control that I had over my brother. I admit I was wrong, and pray everyday to Babaji for forgiveness. I regret doing so, as I caused lots of pain to my brother, and parents. I intend to be a good brother from now on, and regret my mistakes. Will Babaji accept my apology?

Thanks
Sundeep
(REPLY) Sat Nam. The important thing is for you to forgive yourself, first of all by not repeating the jealous controlling behavior. have you talked with your brother about this? How about getting his forgiveness? God is infinite mercy. And most important, God lives and breathes in you, God isn't some separate "person" who is going to condemn you or forgive you. Live righteously so that you can feel good about yourself; be kind to everyone, and forgive those who harm you, and you will become more and more connected to the God within you. SP
