Sat Siri Akal.

Sexual energy is dynamite and you want to handle it with the proper care and respect, otherwise, if it gets lit, it may cause great fireworks, but it can also cause a lot of damage.

All of the things you're talking about feel really good. Being sexy with another person is one of the most intensely pleasurable experiences a human being can have. The Gurus didn't deny us this pleasure. But they were very aware of the human price of indulging in any kind of sexual play without the proper committment between two people. Sex creates a very deep bond and, when sexual relationships end, the pain is eqaully deep and potentially damaging for life. That's why, in Sikhi, we respect that sexual energy and do not play around with it. That's why we save sexy talk and sexy touch for someone that we have consciously chosen as a life partner - so that when those bonds are created, both parties have made a committment to keep the relationship sacred for the rest of their lives.

Remember - the girl you play around with today is the one whose heart you may break tomorrow and there's a heavy karma around that. Be aware of the consequences of your actions, and make your choices responsibly. That will bring you strength and wisdom.

All love,

GPK
