Sikhs believe that all people have a right to worship as they see fit and that Christianity is another path of worship. There is always room for interfaith dialogue with any religion, and many Sikhs are involved in inter-faith activities in their local communities, at least in the West.
So, while Sikhs might be unhappy to see a Sikh convert to Christianity, we cannot stop it or condemn it, because our own 9th Guru died on behalf of a Hindu's right to worship as Hindu rather than convert to Islam. How could we seriously consider viewing a convert as bad if our own Guru died for another's faith? Apparently that sikh 'convert' feels more comfortable and attuned to Christianity than to Sikhi, for whatever reason. In the end, it's between God and the convert.
