Sat Sri Akal,

I am sure you already know the answer to your problem. It is paath! You may think that paathing won't help in you some problems and that maybe you need to do something else. This is wrong. By paath all your problems are solved. You learn to live in peace with yourself. If you don't already paath, I'd suggest to you to start doing JapJi Sahib in the morning (15 minutes) and Kirtan Sohila at night (5 minutes). Gradually you can increase to doing Rehras at night too, and increase as you can.

There is a line in kirtan sohila which translates into "Anger and lust have infiltrated my body until I met with True Guru".

This means that after paathing you will be able to control your anger and lust (krodh and kaam). No other treatment is necessary, just paath regularly. There is nothing I can do to prove it to you, you just have to do it.

And the best part is that it works! You will feel better just after the first time, and after a week you will be a new person.

Gur Fateh,
HSD
