1st of all congrats 2 the moderators out there doing such a GR8 job .
i'm a 18 yr old sikh 4m delhi with full beard n kesh . my beard is growing at at faster rate due to which i look older than my age .is there any methods some excercise or something else to reduce the hair growth ( sorry 4 asking such a awkward Q).
one more thing am i allowed to bleach my facial hair ( litle strands above my beard )??????

Sat Siri Akaal. No, there is no way to reduce hair growth and amount/density. Many people who are Sikh have the opposite problem, so count your blessings. You have been gifted with a mane. Be proud to be a Sikh with such kesh!
No, it is not OK to bleach your hair or beard. Learn to manage and enjoy them both!
