Summary of Question:	Is It True That The 10Th Guru Is Going To Come Into This World?

I have been told that in the Dasam Granth Guru Gobind Singh Ji wrote that he will come back into this world when it gets really really bad. I've also been told that his name will be Kal Ki Avtar. Is this true? If so, then isn't the world bad enough now.

Sikhs are self-reliant. What do we need of those kinds of prophecies? If you adopt and live the life of a Khalsa, you will be keeping Guru Gobind Singh ji alive in the world-by your actions, your intentions, your words and your presence. The image of the son and daughter remind everyone of the parent. The world is pretty bad right now. Bring the Guru into it with your commitment and your actions, and don't worry about prophecy. The Siri Guru Granth Sahib teaches that there is no such thing as prophecy-God can do whatever He wills when He wills it.
